20 amp twistlock is kinda hard to find. But not impossible. I bought some new cord and cord ends and picked up this adapter. It feels good in my hand and felt fine when I used it. Didn't cost much and shipped fast. Seems like I'm always coming across something that plugs in and I don't have an outlet that fits. I bet now I have 8-10 ways to make a connection 120v and 240v hookups. I'll still be buying adapters in future. This is a good one it seems. Time will tell about integrity of materials.

At my workplace, we were equipped with L6-30R outlets for various application, but we received a new instrument that came with L6-20P plug. Instead of hiring an electrician to convert the outlet or add another outlet, I decided to try this out and was able to power up my instrument just fine.I was initially concerned that I didn't see any UL marking on the adapter itself, but checking on the Parkworld website seems to indicate this has UL certification.

Some equipments need dedicated outlets to be powered. This brand of converters made it easy to have access to various types of outlets without having to actually replace the outlets, very convenient!

cheaper than adapters with a cord, or making one up with two different ends, this works well and seems solid enough.
