Por favor, limpie la bomba cada 4-6 semanas siguiendo las siguientes instrucciones:
Paso 1: Retire la tapa de la bomba.
Paso 2: Coloque su uña bajo el extremo puntiagudo de la tapa del impulsor y sáquelo.
Paso 3: Saque el impulsor y limpie todas las piezas con jabón y agua tibia. (Especialmente la superficie del imán negro y el interior de la parte blanca).

Esta Fuente es esteticamente muy bonita super funcional y no hace nada de ruido, tengo 3 gatitos y les encanta. Antes tenia otra de un solo chorrito pero esta es aún mas linda y es como una fuente. 100% recomendable

Nos gusta mucho, mis gatitas tardaron dos semanas en acercarse porque no entendían que era esa cosa, pero ahora la aman y se la pasan mucho tiempo en la fuente tomando agua, le quite la flor y se sienten más cómodas así. Es muy fácil de limpiar y el sonido es muy bajito. Lo recomiendo.

Es de buen tamaño, no estorba mucho, casi no hace ruido pero si hace ruido, es estética, el precio es muy bueno y hasta ahora sigue funcionando sin problema mi michi gato empezó a beber mucha agua desde que la tengo, antes no consumía casi agua y desde que la vió por primera vez lo motivó a tomar mucha más agua

I bought this water fountain over a month ago and I am very happy with it !! So far, so good -- My cat loves it -- uses it all the time ...It think it's a "Great Buy" because it was easy to put together and is easy to maintain and clean. It is quiet, works well and looks attractive.Please note that, as an added bonus to providing a great water fountain, the manufacturer includes with the fountain not only a cleaning kit and different water spouts but also 4 water filters --For all these reasons, I must say this fountain is a Great Investment -- Buy it ... I've been waiting for a bit over two months of having the fountain working, so my review can be as accurate and objective as possible, but really, I can't find any fault to it ! :-) Since we got it, on January 19, it stayed on most of the time, because Sienna (my black little "panther") loved it from the start, and took to it like a duck/cat to water - LOLOL !... At the beginning, we used to turn it off during night time, because Sienna sleeps all through the night, but lately it stays on, and we only give it a break for 3-4 hours in the afternoon.Besides the most important thing, the fact that the cat is happy, drinks water to her heart's content and stays well hydrated (VERY important for her, as she only eats dry food, her preference), the fountain is a completely unobtrusive addition to our livingroom, perfectly quiet and very nice looking, in my opinion. Sienna prefers the fountain flow mode, without the flower, so it literally makes NO NOISE, as I always make sure the water level is high enough. Even with the flower on, the noise was not that loud, but at night time it would probably be evident. Also, because of the nice blue glow, there's no way one can miss it in the dark.The little thing is sturdy, and doesn't slid at all when placed on the mat that comes with it. At the beginning, Sienna tried to take it apart, of course, but could only raise a bit the top, and she lost interest pretty fast. Cleaning it is a bit laborious, but simple enough if you follow the instructions in the manual, and it comes with two little brushes, which makes it even easier.All in all, I am very happy with it, and the price was more than reasonable for how useful it is and all its qualities.

My cat was not a fan for the first 2 weeks but then quickly began to love the fountain. It is super quiet unless the flower is placed in the center, but I usually keep it out because it scares my cat. My vet encouraged the idea of a water fountain to ensure my cat is well hydrated and I'm really happy I went with this model. Nice blue light so it's easy to find in the dark. I've owned it for about a month now and it continues to work great.*Update: the pump stopped working so I contacted customer service. Even at 1am they replied within the hour with troubleshooting options that resolved the issue. Great service!

This fountain has exceeded my expectations in more than one way. We have tried several different ones in our house, and this is the only one that works for our picky feline family.When I opened the box I was delightfully surprised that it was so well packed, and set up in less than 5 mins and came with a very nice mat to set it on.The best feature in my opinion is that it can be used with or without that flower piece. Our cats don’t like water that splashes or drops, so we don’t use that piece. And it made THE difference. The water just flows out like a gentle creek.It’s so easy to clean and maintain. The filters are much more affordable than with other machines.My biggest complaint is the cord. In all other fountains that we have tried, the cord would come apart mid way. So when I would clean, I would leave the plug in the wall, and detach it from the mid point - then take that to the sink for cleaning. This is only really an inconvenience due to the set up we have- in that the cord has to be fed behind the fridge, so taking it in and out has been a pain. But, a simple extension cord will fix that.This fountain was recommended by two different friends and now I will be recommending it to my friends.I hope if you choose to get this, that you also find it to be as good of a fit as we do.Additionally: We ordered this at 6pm on a Friday, and they estimated delivery to be the following Wednesday. It arrived Saturday morning at 9am.
