Did not come with that red sticker on the spool that says new. I spooled it up with 15lb braid and the drag doesn’t click when I open it all the way. Even my penn pursuit which costs much less functions better. Very disappointed, I feel like this reel was an open box or maybe it was used before. I’m definitely returning it and I’m not buying from this seller again.

The reel arrived on time and in fine shape. The last Penn reel I bought was approximately 40 years ago...the 4400 SS. It's still going fine. This one is truly magnificent...everything I expected of Penn and more. I suspect this one will last longer than I will! Happy Fishing!
