Over 10 exercises with 1 piece of equipment
- Wide Pullups - Standing upright, pull navel in and grab wide section of bar. Palms face out.
- Hammer Pull Up - Standing upright, pull navel in and grab hammer hand grips. Palms face each other.
- Chin Up - Standing upright, pull navel in and grab bar on inside of doorway, shoulder-width apart. Palms face you.
- Regular Pushup - Place hands slightly wider than shoulder - width apart in on crossbar.
- Close Pushup - Place hands directly below shoulders on center bar. Pull navel in to activate core as you align head, neck hips and legs in a straight line.

I had the original Perfect Pull up for years, and it was great. Recently the wide grip started to tear on me.Plus, I was also starting to feel a little extra pressure on my shoulders, so I decided it was time for an upgrade.The Elite Ergonomic version of the Perfect Pull has been great so far!It was easy to assemble and feels sturdier than the original. It fits securely on my door and has not chipped, scratched or damaged the paint. It also has more grip area, compared to the original, so you can try an assortment of grips and be comfortable and feel secure while you workout.The slight angle on the wide grip(compared to the original)really helped alleviate the shoulder pressure I was starting to feel.I use it regularly, about 3xs a week, while doing P90X videos and it has held up great with no issues so far.

Can’t say we will use any of there “multi gym functions”, but as a pull-up bar this is a solid piece of kit.We have been using it for 90 days so far and it fits easily into our standard UK door frame (we lift it off if we have visitors and put it back on afterwards which is simple to do).It’s a sturdy piece of equipment and doesn't wobble or bend when you use it.It also hasn’t marked our paintwork which is often a concern with doorway pull up bars.Recommended.

كرتونه المنتج ممزقه جدا ومكتوب على الكرتونه يوجد بداخلها دعامه للمعصم غير موجوده والكرتونه الداخليه والخارجيه ممزقه والمندوب سىء ولا يدخل قرب المنزل ومعاه عربيه ملاكى الاوردرات فوق بعض ومخزنه بطريقه سيءه للغايه

I was reading some others’ comments saying it may damage the door frame, but it didn’t happen to me. The product is easy to assemble, quite sturdy and solid, seems to grab on to my door frame quite securely. Good value for money!

Excelente opción. Es importante checar las dimensiones de la puerta. Por lo que respecta al producto, hasta este momento de uso, me ha parecido muy sólido, de excelente material.

アメリカ産なんかな？組み立てとかは簡単ですし、説明書が英語でも図解があるので特に問題ないです。が・・・左右のバーの曲がってる角度が違う為、懸垂時に引っかける場所に厚みがないと外れます。。。まぁお国柄ドア枠が分厚くそんな心配がないのかな～？うちじゃ限られてるよなぁ・・・と困りました。腹筋とかの器具として使うには場所も取らず便利です。

De materiales sólidos, adecuado para mi peso (63 kg) se dobla un poco con alguien de 90 kg (dice que aguanta 20 kg mas que esto... Pero no planeo comprobarlo). Tambien el marco de mi puerta es muy delgado asi que le adapte algo mas resistente y quedo perfecto.
