I replaced 3 of my blind motors with these zigbee rollers. Unfortunately, they are very unreliable with my Hubitat zigbee network. They will show up and be controllable but regularly after a few days or so, they become unresponsive to Hubitat control. I tried many different drivers as well as a bunch of repeaters with no difference. When I would re-pair the motor, it would start working again but then at some point fall off the network again.Not sure who is to blame. The roller motor and the remote are well constructed and work well by themselves.

The motor operates in an opposite direction, hence you have reprogram the remote.

The device is very difficult to get to pair, and the stop button is almost invisible in smart life. Once you get it hooked up, it is pretty quiet to operate though. Customer service is pretty good as well.

Make sure you measure the inner diameter correctly. Then order the proper size to fit the ID. Also, be aware that you’ll need a Zigbee hub to connect to your home system. I use the Amazon system and it connected first try to my Zigbee hub. Be sure to get them fully charged before installation. I charge them on the first of the month since they are heavily used on our front doors, but they lasted for just over two months on each charge. We raise and lower our blinds by a scheduled routine on a daily basis. I’ve recommended them to a couple of my friends but I had to help them install them since they aren’t mechanically inclined and definitely not techie.

My first order, I returned it, because I ordered the wrong item. I received an email from the seller asking me some details and he gave me the necessary support to order the correct items.I ordered 3 units and received them 2 days ago, I already installed them, so far they work very well (I'm going to order 2 more) the only thing I would like is that the TUYA app allowed me to create groups to control several blinds at the same time, I have been able to add the blinds separately, but so far I have not been able to control them all together.But, thanks for the support, it was very helpful.
