These have strong Velcro and are easy to use. I would buy these again but I don’t see myself having to for a long time. These are great quality and being able to adjust them makes for easy use not only for the fit but adjustable weight! They also come with a convenient storage bag

My partner loves these and wears them for a little extra resistance while doing their daily workouts, like Ring Fit or Just Dance or when doing chores around the house to make it feel like they're getting a little more out of each movement. According to my partner, and when I've worn them myself, they're very comfortable and grip just enough so that they never feel like they're slipping down or off, and the weight is more than enough to let you know they're there without straining you. My favorite part is when you take them off, especially if you're wearing them on your wrists instead of ankles, and everything you do feels like that "picking up an empty milk carton you thought was full" feeling.They've held up for months, looking almost brand new, so I'd say they're good for longevity.

These are nice and are easy to put on and take off. Unfortunately I didn't notice at the bottom you have to choose the correct weight. I got the lightest ones when I wanted the heavier ones. I will be returning these for heavier weights.

Our last set had a skinny velcro strap and bounced on your ankle while running. This set is much more rigid with a thick strap so you get a snug and more comforting fit!
