Usando el paso
Paso 1: Por lo general, instalamos la cabeza de gel de sílice que alimenta agua en la jeringa de tablet de píldora de mascotas al principio, luego inyectamos agua en la boca de tu mascota para humedecer (tabletas antiadherentes y tabletas más fáciles de tragar)
Paso 2: Reemplazamos la cabeza de gel de sílice que alimenta agua con la cabeza de gel de sílice que alimenta la píldor Pon la píldora en la cabeza de gel de sílice y apriétala. (Nota: Toma la cabeza de silicona un poco más apretada y coloca su agujero en el centro, para que la pistola de pastillas pueda empujar la píldora, y no se desvíe de ella)
Paso 3: Necesitas abrir la boca de tu mascota y mantenerla abierta. (Algunas mascotas son traviesas. Así que necesitas un asistente para ayudarte a agarrar a tu mascota y abrir la boca)
Paso 4: Este es el paso clave. Puedes darle con éxito a tu mascota medicamentos o no, depende de este paso. Tómalo con calma, necesitas llevar la jeringa de tablet de píldora para mascotas en la boca de tu mascota, poner la píldora alcance la faringe y luego empujar la píldora. Toda la acción debe ser rápida y precisa. No es demasiado difícil dañar la garganta de la mascota, tampoco demasiado ligera, no puede llegar a la faringe, lo que conduce a un fallo de la píldora de alimentación.
Nota:
La punta suave debe estar completamente en la parte superior hasta que no se pueda enfundar. No pongas las puntas suaves en la parte posterior de la garganta de la mascota para evitar que las puntas se atasquen en la garganta. El uso correcto es tocar las pastillas en la parte delantera de la garganta, luego utilizar la varilla de empuje para empujar la tablet y dejar que la mascota trague la tablet sola.

This product worked perfectly. We have a very difficult cat when it comes to pills (but with nothing else). He’s actually traumatized by how much effort it has taken to give him a pill by hand. Not any more. The pill shooter worked perfectly, easily, and instantly (on the first try). I do agree that it won’t work with large pills. I bet you could put a little slit in the tip for big pills. But for us, it was perfect.

Recently my cat had to go to the ER and long story short, I need to give him pills 3 times a day for 7 days. My cat is very difficult to give medication, especially pills. He is squirmy and refuses to open his mouth (even after following a ton of tips I saw in videos). Anyways, I bought this in hopes of making the process a bit easier and I am so glad I did. The pills I have are about 0.5-0.75 cm in diameter and they fit in this product well. I simply squeeze the tip of the silicone applicator and insert the pill (make sure to test it a few times before trying it with your cat/dog) and then I prepared my cat. He is still squirmy and very difficult, but this applicator helped a lot. I'm able to push it into his mouth and then release the pill towards the back of his throat. Sometimes it take 2 tries, but so far I've been able to get the pill in in one try. The trick is to release it towards the back of the throat, if I don't that's usually when he will spit it out.Anyways, it's a great tool to have around for the future in case I need it. I don't necessarily think it's worth $10 but I see that the price has gone down since I bought it. Also to note, this specific one did not have a silicone tip with a slit, but it did come with 2 of the same tips so if you need one with a slit you could probably cut one. I didn't need the one with the slit though.

I got this to administer pills to my dog. However it doesn’t push out the pill properly! Tried using both tips and it’s not working as intended.

Using the QIYADIN Cat Pill Shooter made an unpleasant task so much easier and safer

This product doesn't work. I have a capsule that I need to give my cat and it doesn't fit in the holder and just makes the end pop off (which I saw in a few other reviews) and would be a choking hazard. I tried again and it split the capsule in half and spilled the contents. Do not buy unless you have a very small pill
