I love this coffee machine! I'm not sure why anyone would buy a machine with the tube steamer/frother now that you can get one of these.. The milk carafe/ holder is absolutely ingenious. I can't believe how easy it is to clean. I just take it off and put it in the fridge and clean it every other day or so. I've had a traditional expresso machine that was $400 and because of all that filling compacting the coffee, ect, I didnt end up using it very often. This I use very day, sometimes in the afternoon as well. Try using a clear cup-it comes out in layers just like the picture. Super cool! Highly recommended.

This $700 coffee maker broke 2 months after I got it and I’ve been trying to get help from Philips for 5 weeks now. Warranty and product registration has not helped at all. They are not standing behind their product. And apparently lots of people have had the same problem. The machine leaks lots of water each time you use it. Absolute junk.
