Easy to clean, perfect nipple size, durable (i replace each nipple every 4 months or so), easy to use, and no leakage. If you choose to breastfeed your child, and need a bottle option that won't compromise their preference, THIS AventNatural line is the perfect for that. I use the glass bottles, as they don’t have to be replaced but sterilised (saving money in the long run). I’ve used this nipple (Flow 0) up to 1 year of age, with all three of my children and it’s perfect for going back and forth between expressed milk and breastfeeding.

The Avent nipples are great. I have used them with both of my kids.I ordered these believing I’d be receiving the First Flow (0) sized nipples, as pictured. When the item arrived, tape was covering the original packaging to hide that it was a slow flow (1) nipple. My newborn has been struggling with spitting up, so we were trying to find a smaller nipple. The First Flows are hard to find. Very disappointed in my purchase. Keeping because we will use the size 1s as she grows.

FUNCIONO MUY BIEN CON MI BEBE RECIEN NACIDO, SE LE FACILITO MAS TOMAR LA FORMULA SIN TIRAR LA LECHE y NO LE FAVORECIO LOS COLICOS

Delivery is good but quality of the Nipples is not as expected and is being collapsed during feeding. waste of money, Phillips Avent 0 + m Nipples which are available in India are much better than these.

My son is 6 weeks old. I have searched high and low for a TRUE slow flow nipple. I've tried just about every bottle/nipple you can imagine. He would suck down 3.5 oz in under 5 min. I could always hear him gulping and milk would spill out of his mouth with every nipple I tried. This included..Dr brown, playtex drops ins & ventaire, tommee tippee, nuk, mOmma and avent standard. This was the first nipple that slowed him down and didn't drench him in milk. He also has reflux and a strong latch. So far I haven't had any issues with the nipple collapsing. I'll update if that changes. Mommas, give this a shot if you are needing to pace your baby's eating!Update: Ok, I've been using these for a few days and I have noticed some of the nipples will collapse during feeding. It doesn't happen with every nipple, so I don't know what the difference is but a couple of them will continuously collapse while my LO is eating and others don't do it all. I've tried making sure the ring isn't really tight but that didn't help. I have to unscrew the ring to get the air to release and fix the nipple. Yes, this is annoying, but it is still a great nipple for us. The pros outweigh the cons.My baby is now 4 months old and still using the size 0. He chokes when I try the size 1s. He has been bottle fed from day 1. Great nipples overall!

No se les escurre la leche a los bebés por los lados de la boca. Ojo, sólo funcionan para los biberones avent natural.

The First Flow nipples are the elusive size 0 nipples. When we first started bottle feeding my breast fed son (at about 2 months old), we had the "infant starter kit", which has the 4 oz bottles. Those have size 1 nipples, and I assumed that was the smallest they had. My son would always choke on the milk the first few times he would drink from the bottle because it came out to fast. For various reasons, I decided to try the "preemie bottles", the 2 oz bottles, and those have the size 0 nipple. We tried that with my son after a weekend of exclusively breast feeding (when he was most prone to choke on the milk) and he had absolutely no problem! No choking, no coughing, no issues. Since then, I have replaced all the nipples in the house with the size 0 (we have the occasional size 1 hanging around and we always are annoyed when we accidentally grab one...). He is almost 6 months old and is still happiest with the size 0 nipples.Out of the 10 or so nipples we have obtained, 1 or 2 of them have some issue with their manufacturing and the nipples collapse. This is annoying but not worth removing a star. If we were more on top of it, I would return those, but we stay too busy to worry about it.
