This is light weight enough to use in the garden and heat.Might not protect clothes for crafts with kids involving paint though.The back where the straps cross is sewn together but it was over stitched over the construction seems and I was able to release that line of stitches carefully with a seam ripper to get the fit I wanted. I have very broad shoulders with poor mobility so this made it much easier to put on and take off. A slim person with no shoulder problems would be fine without making the adjustment.Pockets are great! Everything should have pockets!!!

This is a great shape, pretty colors.… fabric is lightweight and rumpled after laundering.Definitely not suitable for ceramic studio work.

I love everything about these aprons. I'm ordering more. I especially love the pockets. They are not hot. They wash well. I wear them everyday everywhere because pockets and they look very cute.

I bought this apron to wear in my art studio. I love the style. The color is a light tan, not brown. I went up a couple of sizes to a 3xl because I wanted it to be loose and comfy. My bust is 42" and the top part of the apron just fits with a thin t-shirt underneath. Sizing and color are way off. It washed well, no shrinkage. There's no give to the fabric. It's pretty thin. I do love the pockets and it goes just past my knees, (I'm 5'3") so it will keep paint off my clothes.

My "pinafore style cross back" apron arrived and I was excited until I tried to put it on. Whoever assembled it sewed the back opening shut and topstitched it between the straps so that there is no way to put it on with the straps crossing. Because it is topstitched shut you have to pull it on over your head which defeats the whole purpose of buying this style of apron.
