Great option to let our 9 year old easily feed the lizards. She likes the way they feel, and has made her much more confident in feeding the lizards.

I have a pair of rubber tipped tongs from ReptiZoo and I think those are slightly sturdier. It might be because the body is ever so slightly thicker. However, that's just nitpicking; these will do just fine. Good price for two, though I don't typically used the straight ones.Be sure to use rubber tipped tongs for animals that tend to bite hard, as the metal could hurt them and bamboo can split. I use mine for my froggies. I have two White's and planning to get a Pacman in the future.

True my frogs are old and lazy! But I would count in and out crickets.None were eaten. So I tried this after a year of different failed methods to get the frogs to eat. They work so easily and did exactly what I needed. The soft tips stayed on and I was so pleased.Curved from the frogs, AND straight for the bathroom and tub drains!(yes gross) but they are perfect for cleaning out the traps!
