I do quite a bit of backpacking and canoe camping.I love to take folks with me who have never been camping, or are maybe just getting back into the past time after a long hiatus. This requires that I have a wider array of gear for different types of trips. For solo trips I bring a 750ml titanium pot that only weighs around 4.5 ounces. But if I know I'm going to be preparing meals/boiling water for multiple people, a larger pot is needed. Also, while winter camping, it's often necessary to melt snow to get drinking water so again, a larger pot.1500ml, or about a quart and a half, is perfect for all of those applications. The handles are sturdy titanium wire the hold the pot securely even when it's full. The lid can double as a small fry pan, but, honestly, if never really used it that way because it's not coated and I think if you tried to fry eggs or bacon in it, they would stick pretty bad. It's also pretty small. If I'm going to be cooking that sort of thing, I'll just bring a dedicated fry pan with a folding handle. I have used the lid though as an additional food dish when someone forgot theirs. The stuff sack is pretty nice.It has an outer stretchy layer and a thin, open-cell foam inner layer. This really helps insulate the pot, both keeping food warmer longer in cold temps, and protecting your hands from the hot food inside.Titanium is crazy strong, that's why they can make pots like this thinner and lighter than aluminum. On the down side, it has very little heat capacity so it heats up and cools off super fast. I pretty much only use titanium if I'm boiling water, melting snow, or cooking thinner soups, as if you try and much real cooking in it, it will develop hot spots and burn your food. If you're preparing meals like that, stick with aluminum or stainless steel.A great pot.Highly recommended

Summary:This cookware set is not only durable and easy to clean, but it also comes with a convenient mesh bag for transportation. Additionally, its lightweight design makes it perfect for backpacking. However, it's worth noting that the heat can transfer to the handle if you're cooking for an extended period. Overall, I highly recommend this titanium camping cookware set for all outdoor enthusiasts.Pros:Durability: This titanium camping cookware pan and pot are built to last. I have used them on multiple camping trips, and they have held up exceptionally well.Easy to clean: Cleaning this cookware set is a breeze. The non-stick surface allows for effortless food release, and any residue can be easily wiped off. Even after cooking soups, I found that a quick rinse was usually enough to have them looking as good as new.Convenient mesh bag: The inclusion of a mesh bag for transportation is a thoughtful addition. It keeps all the components of the cookware set organized and prevents them from getting lost or damaged during transit. It's also great for storing the set when not in use.Lightweight: One of the standout features of this cookware set is its lightweight construction. When backpacking or hiking, every ounce counts, and this set definitely helps keep the overall weight down. It doesn't add unnecessary burden to your backpack, making it ideal for outdoor adventures.Cons:Heat transfer to the handle: While the cookware set performs admirably in most aspects, one minor drawback is that the heat can transfer to the handle if you're cooking for an extended period. This can make the handle quite hot to touch, requiring caution while handling. Using a cloth or pot holder can mitigate this issue, but it's still worth mentioning. In conclusion, the titanium camping cookware pan and pot have proven to be a reliable companion for my camping trips. Its durability, easy cleaning, and lightweight design make it a standout choice for outdoor cooking. Just be mindful of the heat transfer to the handle, and you'll have an excellent cookware set that will last you for many adventures to come

This titanium pot set is a lot like my other one, just bigger for more than one person. It’s lightweight, seemingly durable and very spacious. The quality appears to be good and the features are useful. The pot has easy to read measurements stamped into the side. No need to worry about them wearing off over time. The pan acts as a lid for the pot. The handles seem to be secured well and fold nicely out of the way for storage. They don’t lock in any way, so make sure to have a good grip on them, especially when pouring, because they may shift a little.I boiled water in the pot and let it cool before drinking it to see if there was any flavor/taste being released from the pot material. I couldn’t detect anything, so I’m happy with that. For fun, and a bit of self torture, I decided to cook an egg in the pan with just olive oil. Titanium isn’t nonstick and this pan doesn’t have any coating on it either. Titanium also conducts heat rapidly, especially through the thin walls that all of these backpacking pots/pans have. You have to keep the food moving and have everything ready to go beforehand, but I managed to have a tasty scrambled egg without a huge mess left in the pan.The only real gripe I have is that the ridge in the bottom of pan (see picture) makes it harder to clean. Not to the point of being a deal breaker, but something to make note of to maybe guide your meal choices. Outside of that one point, I’m a happy camper and I can’t wait for the next trip to cook on this set again!FWIW: I used this set with a Soto windmaster and 4 leg pot holder.
