Came exactly as expected, sturdy and easy to install

We had been looking for a large gold toned toilet paper holder for quite some time. This looks great and works well. It handles the large 4 x rolls with ease.

The instructions don't specify that the small nut in the back of the left-side round base needs to be loosened so that the bar can move up and down. Maybe everyone else figured it out on their own and I'm just dumb, but it took me an hour and a lot of frustration. I couldn't understand why the bar wouldn't move. Instead the whole base was moving along with the bar, and I thought it was a poor design and couldn't understand why people gave it such good reviews. I was about to return it then finally I realized. Anyways, would've been nice for that little step to be mentioned in the instructions.

This is a solid quality metal toilet paper holder with some weight to it. Easy to install with template provided. White blends nicely on cabinets and won't be as dusty looking from toilet paper fluff as black does. Worth the money!
