Very happy with this purchase. I was looking for a camera that would take quality photos but didn't have much money to spend. This camera is perfect! It takes great photos, even action shots which is great because my daughter doesnt sit still. It does seem to have a problem with the battery compartment. The camera will work fine then all of a sudden turn off or say low battery. If I restart the camera it works fine, sometimes I have to open the battery door and reclose it. I feel like to door itself might be coming lose allowing the batteries to disconnect. Still a great camera but wish I could resolve this issue.

This is a great camera for my daughter. I got it for her 12th birthday. Good starter camera or for just having something to take pictures with.... It does not like cheap batteries!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this right before a family vacation to Canada. We drive through some beautiful countryside, and the camera was GREAT taking pictures as we zoomed past landmarks. We also saw beaches, forests, mountaintops, sunsets, lakes, and indoor games of Monopoly lit by kerosene lantern. In ALL of these situations, my new camera was a champ! It's so easy to use, and I really love it! One word of advice, do invest in the non-alkaline batteries or rechargables. It lasted a whole 10 days, but I had to replace the batteries for our next 5 day trip. Well worth the money!
