I have been wanting one of these for years, not sure why I waited so long to pick one up! If you are pulling mains underground through conduit - this baby is the answer to life's problems. It has a nice wide nylon wheel on it, and it is equipped with a solid swivel hook and a bolt on clamp to attach to almost any box, or beam near you. When rigged up correctly, you can put some extreme power on your mule tape when pulling in a stubborn run of 4/0 triplex. The galvanized finish is also appreciated, since this will be riding in a service truck bed for most of its long life. It also has a convenient twist lock on the main gate, that is relatively easy to function - yet hard to accidentally pop open and cause an accident. Well thought out.

This pulley set is a highly efficient tool that simplifies cable routing for network installers, electricians, and low-voltage technicians. The pulley set features anti-friction bearings. These pulleys ensure smooth cable movement, minimizing resistance and reducing the risk of cable damage when pulling through conduits, ceilings, or tight spaces. These pullies used in series can handle up to a 1.5” diameter cable effectively. The built-in tray clamp makes it easy to use in cable trays for long runs. Hung by cable, strap, or chain, these can be laid out to provide the most effective pulling aid for the longest of cable pulls. As an electrician, these runs can span thousands of feet in some runs of multiple fiber cables requiring a tugger and multiple points. We would generally use shives. These new bearing nylon pullies reduce cable drag, requiring less effort from the men and equipment. These would have been awesome back in the ’80s when we pulled multiple-pair phone cable before STP and UTP networking was available. This pulley set is equipped with swivel snap hooks, allowing easy attachment to anchor points and providing flexibility in various installation scenarios. The sturdy construction ensures reliable performance, making it ideal for frequent use in networking, telecommunications, and home automation projects. This pulley set is designed for low-voltage and data cables and is best suited for Ethernet, coaxial, and similar lightweight cables. While durable and well-built, it may not be ideal for heavy-duty electrical wiring requiring additional support. Properly placing the pulleys is crucial to maximizing efficiency and preventing snags.Overall, this cable pulley system is a practical, time-saving tool that enhances the efficiency and safety of cable installations, making it a valuable addition to any installer’s toolkit. 🛠️🔌

This is a heavy duty pulley that is ideal for low voltage cable pulling and installation. The pulley has rolling anti-friction bearings for a smooth and reduced friction rolling action. The body of the pulley has a swiveling snap hook on one end. It also has an integrated beam flange clamping set of two bolts on the body's other end. The body has a hinged gated that can be opened to allow insertion of the cable at any point along its' length. The gate has a locking tab to keep it closed. The pulley' s roller is plastic to minimize damage to the cable's jacket.Would recommend this to anyone.

To string up or pull cable, this could be just the ticket. Heavy duty construction - galvanized for corrosion resistance, and rated at 0.5T (as stamped on the hook), this pulley can support cable diameters up to 1.5 inches. Designed to be hung using the hook, or clamped above a beam (or possibly a sturdy box) with 8.8mm bolts, the pulley spins freely, with locking side access. A very nice addition to my kit.

This pulley bracket is massive, much bigger than expected. It is suitable for mounting outdoors but I'm using it for overhead cables in a theater setting. Despite being large, it can only handle about 3-4 DMX cables. It's built very well, and it's easy to load. The hook mouth might be a tad tight for most, it will not fit 3/8 all-thread but it will accommodate 1/4". If I ever need a similar product again I will certainly consider this brand.
