Used then to hang some shelves

i used these to hang a fairly heavy painting because I dont really like using the wire hangers. I used a drill to make pilot holes so I didnt split the wood frame (be careful not to go too deep). Worked well. The hangers themselves are incredibly solid, no bend, and im sure they could hold a lot more weight. I didnt have any problems with the screws either. They did what they were supposed to and didnt strip at all (I did use a screwdriver to install them rather than my drill)

I needed a very heavy duty hanger for a shadow box. When I went looking at the big box store a lot of hanger said ‘heavy duty’. 15 pounds is not heavy duty.These things are thicker than anything I saw in the big box places (x3). They’re a great size, have a big capacity and installed easily.
