Definitely helped my headspin. It creates more protection for head and less friction versus a normal beanie, which is helpful for both preventing bald spot and better speed and control with headspin. Only bad thing is that the beanie is a bit tiny but it’s no biggie.

As the title says, I unfortunately did not find this cap to provide much spin. It may require a bit of break-in, but I will update if it changes.

Se apega a la descripción y se ve que es de buena cálida, aunque la partes que debería ser gruesa es un poco delgada. Por lo demas esta bien!
