Very annoying to install on the boat on an island in the Bahamas then find out you can’t plug it in.

I was very happy with the first one that I bought 2 more. When it works, it is pretty good and revives old batteries. I gave it a very good review in the SeaRay forums. The first one is dead after about a year, another, after about a year, killed the batteries by injecting a high voltage in them. The third one is still working after about a year of operation...

This product requires a special AC adapter. It comes with an "international" type AC plug. Of course this was not disclosed in the Amazon description. No hint that an adapter is needed !ProMariner told me that they can't control their resellers from misleading customers !!!!!!
