This is a cheap paper filter. Read the reviews and look at the photos. It does not match the description. For all the work needed to put this in I would recommend another brand that is actually carbon and not just paper.

Most people don't even know they have one in their vehicle. It took about 20 minutes or so to install this filter in my Volvo S-80 . It is a perfect fit and matches the Volvo factory filter I replaced. It is some what of an aggravation but not difficult and pretty much anyone can do change it. Go to carcarekiosk dot com and search the site for complete video instructions.

Purolator gets 5 stars, Volvo gets one.This filter can save you from $5-$25 over Mann and OEM Volvo filters because both the Purolator and OEM are made by...Mann!I'm sure the filtration quality and everything is good, but the MOST important characteristic here is the FLEXIBILITY of the filter. Why you ask?Mainly because Volvo has placed this high up in the passenger side footwell across the front of the center console on my 2007 S80 and what a f*****g pain in the butt to get it out and in. Pulling out the old one will essentially destroy it and the new one must be practically folded in half in order to cram the damn thing in there. Such a pain that this may be the only time this thing gets changed, DEFINITELY not in 12,000 miles like the maintenance schedule recommends.So, if it fits your car, this is very well priced, high quality and flexible enough to work. Bring your patience when installing it though.

Great value filter vs. the dealer. Fits perfectly and appears to be identical to the original. A little bit of a pain to install but still only takes about 5 min and there are videos on YouTube.

Fits volvo xc60 2010 perfectly. Flow (arrow) away from engine and towards the cabin. Just remember to bend the filter slightly only at the short end and then insert it, it will make the installation much easier and the filter bounces back to shape that way. No need to remove the glovebox compartment, but you need to remove the fuse box. First time doing it, took me 5 minutes.
