I've had this for a while now and it still works great. It keeps my drinks hot and looks just like the pictures. I really thought it'd break after a few months but it's been about a year with no issue so far.

After years of my coffee and tea getting cold, I finally found a warmer that I love. It's cute, it's a cat, and it does the job well. I've been using it on my desk for a few months now and safe to say I think I can write a review for it. It is like a matte silicone kind of texture and it does have a phone holder (legs) so you can put your phone there if you want. I honestly have not used that feature when it is on because I figure it won't be good for the phone to be right up next to a hot plate. Cute feature though.It is a good size as it's not too big and will accommodate for your standard sized mug or cup. Now I will say, if you're looking for something to keep your drink of choice piping hot, this is not for you. Even at the highest temperature it is not boiling hot, but it will be to the point where you could get scalded. I have also noticed that depending on the type of cup you are using, the heat varies as well. I have a standard Starbucks mug and it will be medium warm if not lukewarm at the hottest temperature. I have not tried tempered glass mugs on it, but I've tried thinner base mugs and those do get fairly warm.I just wanted something that would keep my drinks relatively warm when I'd get distracted by work or other things and this does the job. For the value for money, this is a perfect drink warmer. It also is a great candle warmer too! I have a few candles that the wick just was obliterated, but I love the smell of it, so I took out the wick and just placed it on here and it diffuses it beautifully. Multi-functionality is the best! I will definitely be getting one or two of these for future gifts for my teacher friends. Definitely an excellent find and great gift for any occasion!

Very cute and works well. I would have kept it except:1) too range of temp doesn’t keep my drink hot enough for me (to be fair, I like my drinks super hot)2) if you have popup or something on the back of the phone or a bulky case, the phone won’t sit in the cradle properly.

This warmer was just what I was looking for regarding style and function. I was worried the cord wouldn't be adequate since no length was listed but it's totally fine and is the perfect length - not too long and not short. I also love that it has three temperature settings. It works like a charm so far and I needed a mug warmer more than I ever knew! I've used it every day, an average of at least 2x per day, since it came in almost two weeks ago.
