I'm really glad I got this Pyramex Safety Baseball Cap to protect my head. We have a big aluminum chicken coop where we keep our ducks. While the coop is 6.5' at the center, it slopes down to about 3.5' at the sides. So as long as I stay near the center, I am fine. But, if I wander near the edge and I'm not careful, I hit my head as I've done several times. I have about 6 - 7 cuts on my head in various stages of healing. I have a regular hard hat but don't want to wear that in backyard and around house.So when I saw this baseball style hard hat I thought that's the answer for my poor head! And it has worked out well for me. It has solid protection on top and has already saved me a few cuts on my head. And it looks like a regular baseball cup so its easy to wear around house and out and about on errands. I like the cap very much.

I use this for routine, light duties at home and in the yard. It's already saved me from a bump on a low stairwell and in between joists.It is comfortable and sits on the head like a normal ball cap. I like that there is not a large branding emblem on the front, too.I showed my dad and brother in law, and I will not be surprised if they buy one each too. I won't hesitate to purchase another one if I need to.
