These are very large measuring cups with pour spouts. They can be used for whatever you may need.I am a manager at a restaurant and we use these as mixing bowls, measuring large amounts of ingredients and we even use them to move hot liquids.They are very commonly used to move 350 degree frying oil from one cooker to another.They are heavy duty enough that the oil won't crack them and they are thick enough that the handle won't get so hot it burns you.They clean very easy and are definitely dishwasher safe.

I love it. I haven't had a glass jug this big before. Its great for baking. Easier to pour batter into pans etc. Without this mess

These measuring cups came within 3 days - what service. They were for a Christmas present to my sister who loves to bake. I already have these cups and she wanted a set. The actual measuring cups themselves are of excellent quality. They are made with very thick glass, are easy to read and I have no problem using them in the microwave. I make pudding in them every other day. They clean up very well in the dishwasher. I really like these better than the other national brand.

These pitchers are so useful. I love mine. I don't often measure when I cook but this is just the right size for mixing, heating extra liquids in the microwave, or preparing almost everything. It's just a nice size. And, if I have to measure, it's terrific. I make bunches of tea in it or let the bags steep in it, and then I don't have to keep filling the teapot or cup. It has a nice spout. I have always loved these since they are clear and you can see the action as you do things plus a strong grip handle. I wouldn't use it on the top of a stove or in an oven, even though it's pyrex. I think it's pretty microwave perfect, and perfect for mixing recipes, or just getting creative. I have a couple.
