This product is not at all what is says. There are specs for an external hard drive. This is NOT a hard drive. It is the case for a portable hard drive. Be warned the discription is misleading.

It is only a case for a SSD drive. They recently changed the description on the product. Have not found a SSD that will even work in the case, so even the case is trash.

Bought as a backup at an extreemly low price. Delivery was excellent and surprising. Unfortunately, the item description emphasized capacity and minimized the word box. The capacity is actually zero gig and connection is only possible to an existing memory to be inserted in the box.

look at the images this has no 8, 4, 2 TB in it, its just what you can plug in, literally a empty case.
