After spending a lot of money going thru the various top name speakers, I can tell you from experience, so far I havent found anything that can compare to QSC. They are just simply the best and worth every penny. I own all the K-Series speakers 8s-10s-12s and the K-Sub and use all of them. The K-8 has a 105 degree dispersion and is small and powerful, however the deep mode can be boomy depending on where you place this speaker and the room acoustics. The K-10 has a 90 degree dispersion and the "Deep Mode" performs better. Keep in mind this isnt a problem with the "Deep Mode" its just the physics of the sound itself based on cabinet size. If you are wanting a good general all purpose speaker, I recommend going to the k-12 (75 degree dispersion). All are identical as far as the controls and input/outputs. All K Series have 2 separate sides that are independently controlled. Another good thing about having these controls, is balancing the sound. You can run one speaker louder/lower than the other. Many times you can get away with just one speaker. The best thing I like about QSC, is they sound clean and clear at any volume level. I only use the K-Subs for larger venues, since the K-12 has very good Bass, especially when dropped in "Deep Mode". However, if you are in a band, I recommend using 2 K-12s on top of 2 K-Subs and use the k-10s for floor monitors. This set up will perform from small to large indoor venues. I also recommend the Mackie Mixer, it seems to perform better than any other mixers I have tested. I highly recommend using the padded QSC Tote Bags, for both storage and transport. If you will be doing outdoor events, I recommend using the QSC Weather Covers, which will temporarily protect them from rain and the elements. If you are looking for quality then QSC is where you need to be, you will be glad you did.

Based on the way it was described and visually presented, it was exactly what I thought would be. The bag is a nice SNUG fit. It has very nice dual zippers (left and right side), and a medium amount of foam on the bottom for protection of the speaker face. I would have wished for a little bit more foam on the bottom! My final statement is, I like the bag and it works well.
