I had high hopes for these swim trunks, but they didn’t work for our son. While the fit was fine, the mesh lining inside was very uncomfortable for him.

My son goes to the pool all summer and he is kind of picky about swim trunks. These are affordable, simple, and comfortable. True to size. He loves them.

I got these for my son and he said they feel ok, but the mesh lining felt a little tight in the rear. Most of his previous shorts don't have a mesh lining so I think it was a new feel for him. The material is on the thinner side, which is the downside, since when they are wet more is exposed underneath. Stick with a dark color or wear something underneath for extra coverage.

I bought these for my 9 year old for a beach trip. I feel like I am constantly on the search for boys swim trunks that don't gather sand. These did the trick. A week at the beach, with no complaints of irritation of chaffing. And, they held through a week of continuously drying perfectly. No fading or peeling. Would definitely buy again!
