These are not fleece lined. But decent quality. I would buy them again.

Rode in as low as 40 degrees with them and my legs are never what’s cold. Don’t no branding on them which I like. They are thin but surprisingly warm and fit the form of your leg nicely.

I have purchased leg sleeves before and I found they fit one part of the leg but not others. This sleeve conforms to the natural contours of the leg and fits snugly from upper to lower leg. It is fairly thin but it appears to be thick enough to keep legs warm in cool temps. I have yet to try them in cooler temps so we shall see. I don't think they will do well in actual cold weather though. I did wear them for an afternoon around the house and they did feel good on. The only issue I had was the upper Silicone Leg Grippers didn't hold as well as stated by the seller. I did find myself reaching down to pull them up on my upper leg. At least they stayed put from the knee down even if the Grippers didn't hold. I purchased the size based on the chart provided so I gave 4 stars.
