Decent rod at a good price, the blank looks good,guide count could have one more. All in all for the price it is ot bad

Quantum has been around for a long time. This rod is well made and feels great! Cant go wrong here. I bought another one for my dad and he really likes it as well. It handled a 8 pound walleye with no problem!

Got the 6’6” two piece medium spinning (GXS662M) 1/8 to 1/2 oz lure, up to 12lb line. It’s an excellent rod thin and lightweight but very tough, price was under $25 when purchased. Used in 9.5’ sit in kayak to finesse fish ponds and a highly pressured small lake in PA. Ended up buying another medium spinning and a medium casting because of how well original rod did. Spinning rods paired well with Okuma Avenger AV 3000 (smaller then Daiwa 2500) , 10lb braid and flouro leader for a decent lower budget finesse setup. No problem casting 1/16 oz Ned heads or weightless 4” easy shiner into cover. Spinning rods were fished hard for the season with no problems, these things are tough. I admit I misused the rods and was surprised I didn’t break one. Had bad bends in rod twice when fish dove to bottom under kayak while I was using one hand to stop being pulled under trees and another time from under a dock. Also bent rods way over while sticking rod tip straight down into water as fish passed under kayak. Had bass up to 3lbs, three over 4 and one 5.5 lb., many large pickerel and a catfish with absolutely no problems. No scoring in the guides from braid pulled against drag and cork grips have held up well. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with these rods at this price

Good product light weight if it get more strong in same price then it's will be fab but one thing is kidding me is that it's made in China I was thinking it's USA product because it's come from global store USA
