I bought a multi-pack of these four folding hooks to fit in the bedroom to hang multiple dressing gowns. They took about a week to arrive. This was longer than a normal Amazon delivery but I think this was because they came from the US (?). I didn’t recognise the make but they arrived well packed in a plain white cardboard carton, individually protected in small padded bags, with fitting instructions, screws and fixings (raw plugs).Fitting to the wall was easy. You have a choice of using either a double sided sticky pad or a single screw into a wall fixing. I didn’t use the sticky pads as I planned to hang heavy dressing gowns on the hooks and didn’t think they would hold. So I drilled a single hole for each hook and screwed them into a wall fixing. The fixings supplied looked like hard wall fixings and my walls are plasterboard. So because I wanted the hooks to support heavy loads I bought some dedicated plasterboard fixings to use.Once fitted the appearance is modern and clean with a matt chrome finish and the hooks fold down smoothly when in use. This folding feature is what attracted me to the hooks in the first place, but having experienced it, I’m not sure how useful it actually is with the hooks folding up when not in use, other than giving a clean appearance. Maybe other people have a specific use case for such folding functionality? The main hook is well made in metal, however the sides are matt black plastic.Overall the hooks are great and feel very solid on the wall. My only criticisms are, firstly the fixing screw is visible when the hooks are folded down. Would have been nice if these were concealed. Secondly, it would have been nice if both solid and plasterboard fixings had been included. Finally the use of plastic in what is advertised as a “space aluminium” product is disappointing but does not detract too much from the overall design aesthetic.Price wise these are quite expensive for hooks, but the design and quality makes them a worthwhile purchase. I’m very pleased I selected these hooks and have only knocked one star off a perfect score due to the fixing screws being visible when fitted.

I got these to hang up backpacks in our mudroom. They are perfect. I love how the hook can be put away when not used. Super easy to install. They look great.

We purchased these hooks to put on our new pool deck. They are great for hanging up your towel while you are swimming. They open and close very easily. Would highly recommend these hooks.
