These are amazing I use them everyday for the kids lunch and dinner! Great sturdy quality and easy to clean.

I have chosen an Intermittent Fasting way of life since it makes me feel better and more conscious of what I eat. As a vegetarian I need to make sure to get enough protein. These plates are divided to show you the proper portions of nutrients. Very helpful.

I use these to feed a senior neighbor that comes to visit for meals. The trees are easy for her to hold, and the wells are deep enough to contain decent portions. Pretty easy to clean, but sometimes I worry that meat & chili sauces and other such things will stain it, but so far no. I don’t let them sit with these materials in them and soak them in very soapy water for these types of foods. Almost forgot, do not cut food while using these trays. You will cut up the bottom of the tray.
