Generally this chopper/grater works well and makes quick work of most things you throw at it. Whether your grating cheese, slicing veggies, this device can usually make quick work of it. There are a few issues that I've run into that mar the overall experience, however.First off, this thing is much bigger than I was expecting. It looks pretty compact in the pictures but actually takes up a decent amount of space for a special-purpose device.Secondly, I loved seeing that there was built-in storage for the blades, but for some reason there isn't actually enough space to hold all the blades--you'll have to sort out what to do with 2 out of the 8 included. It seems like there would have been enough space if they had configured it differently, but as it stands, two blades will probably end up being stored in the bin.Third, the chute is quite large at 5.6", but that actually becomes a problem as the tamper/pusher can't reach the far sides of the chute. What ends up happening is you can push down on the food a certain amount, but as soon as you remove pressure on it and it gets moved to the side of the chute, there's no way to apply downward pressure to continue chopping.While an overall decent device, these issues definitely hamper the user experience.

This electric grater and shredder from Sifene comes with 4 sets of blades. After you have install one set, you can store 2 other sets on the machine. This means you will need to find another location for the last set of blades. This shredder/grater has a fairly wide chute of 5.6 inches which is nice when shredding various vegetables. This machine has a decently powerful motor so you can grate most softer cheeses. Do ensure you cut the cheese brick down to size as this machine will labor if you try to feed larger bricks. For vegetables, you can feed whatever will fit into the chute. For shredding vegetables, I would have liked the bowl to be a bit bigger. Overall, this grater/shredder works much faster than any manual shredder. The current price of $100 CAD is reasonable.

This electric chopper is a game-changer! It processes veggies super fast and is so versatile with all its attachments. Plus, it looks great in my kitchen and is easy to clean. Highly recommend!
