Steps have worked well so my dog can get up on our couch without us having to lift her every time. They are sturdy but she only weighs 8 pounds so not much stress on them. I like it because it’s light weight and easy to move around. I would recommend it for any small dogs.

These steps are perfect for my short leg Chihuahua! He doesn't have to jump as much as other steps. He just walks on up to the sofa, and back down very easily. Sturdy and perfect height for the sofa!

I recently purchased the 3 Tiers Dog Ramp and Stairs for my senior Shiba Inu, who's been diagnosed with arthritis. The product helps small dogs access high beds or couches, which is exactly what I needed.Pros:Suitable size for small dogsProvides an alternative to jumping for pets with mobility issuesA non-slip surface offers some tractionCons:The base isn't as sturdy as I'd prefer, which is a concern for safetyRequires patience and training for the dog to start using it consistentlyMy Shiba Inu isn't avoiding the ramp, which is a positive sign. However, it's taking some time to train her to use it regularly. This product could be a good solution for pet owners with small, arthritic dogs, but be prepared to invest time in training. While it serves its purpose, the stability issues make me hesitant to give it a full recommendation. If the manufacturer could improve the base's sturdiness, it would be a much more reliable option for our furry friends with mobility challenges.

Although these stairs are not the most attractive, they actually work quite well. My dog has no problem using them and they are very safe as there are no sharp edges on them
