I own a new Volkswagen Beetle and my neighbor's little girl just loves the car so I bought her this. I was quite surprised and how fast it goes and the steerability of it! If I find any other fans of my car I think I'll give the child one of these. By the way my car is in pink thank goodness!

The design is good. But- Quality compared to the price isn't satisfactory.- It's bit smaller than expected (less than 7inch).- The product title is misleading. "Diecast" usually refer to metal cars. Only reason I paid this amount for the car. It's plastic (which is mentioned in description as I noticed after purchasing)Only reason I am keeping it, my daughter loved it. But honestly I didn't.

Wasn’t what I expected but I bought this as a gift for my daughter and she loved it! As long as she enjoyed it and love it that’s all that really matters. It looks like the photo except I was expecting it to be bigger than what it was but it’s a decent size i guess for a child.

I gave this car to my daughter for her 9th birthday. It’s very “zippy” around the house, but I wish she could regulate the speed. The remote is a bit too light and can slip out of her hand; I wish it had more “heft.” That said, it’s super cute, so I wouldn’t hesitate buying again.One thing to note, I bought this off Amazon hub (which I didn’t realize it was a 3rd party purchase) not directly from Amazon. The first day we used it and it worked fine. The next day the car “sputtered.” I changed the batteries and it did it again. I decided to return it, so I took it to Kohl’s only to discover I had to ship it directly back to the manufacturer. I was frustrated because I would have to ship it back to China (shipping would cost as much as the car!). I decided to check the batteries again, this time with my battery tester. Sure enough, one batteries was dead. When I swapped it out, it worked perfectly. I went to cancel my return but the company had already refunded my account and told me not to worry about returning the car. I thought that was a great gesture, considering the return process. I reached out to them, letting them know I decided to keep the car and to recharge me for the purchase. Their correspondence was very respectful and responsive.
