Very easy break-in. If you're looking for a glove to get into baseball with this would be my first choice. At the price point it's way better than others I've tried.It's easier for the little guys to close right off the bat and breaks in quickly but holds up for awhile too. Bought one for my 11 year-old and ended up replacing my 8 year-olds glove with the same thing. He's catching ability had great improvement almost instantly.

I got this for my 7yo son, who previously had a cheaper 10.5" glove. It had man made laces and screen printing on the heel and index finger. He was also starting to outgrow it so I thought he could use the next model up before fall ball this year. I gave it to him a couple days ago and he loves it. The laces are all leather, the pocket is deeper so catching will be easier once he breaks it in a bit, and the embroidered Rawlings logo on the index finger makes him feel like he's wearing a pro glove. Who am I to let him think otherwise ;-) It has good padding in the palm to absorb shock from catching and he says it's comfortable to wear. I didn't really need to oil it because it's already 90% broken in but I oiled the glove with Sarna glove conditioner anyway before I gave it to him. I also tightened up the laces a little to make it a bit more rigid and give the glove a little more structure to aid in catching better. This should last him the next several years of play, which is good because he does need to grow into this one a little.

La verdad fue la mejor compra que pude hacer, el guante esta perfecto, buena marca, buenos materiales. Es para mi hijo de 9 años y le quedo perfecto, solo hay que ablandarlo un poco y yaa

El material es de muy baja calidad. Con tres días de uso se comenzó a descarapelar de la piel, seguramente es de piel sintética, lo cual se me hace muy caro para el producto que es...

Excelente guante so compro para un niño de 5 años y le falta muy poco trabajo para que lo cierre por completo, excelente calidad por el precio. Altamente recomendable para que los niños disfruten del Rey de los Deportes.
