I absolutely love these little snack prep containers and when necessary I will purchase again. They are perfect for small snacks like nuts and cheese. I'm sure there are a million combos you could think of to use these for. They are not leak proof so veggies with a thick dip or humus would probably be okay and not leak. I packed all of them up at once with almonds on one half and 1 once of cheese on the other and keep them in my frig for grab and go snacks. Keeps me honest too because it's ready to go and already premeasured (I'm on keto). I give it 4 stars because they are reusable but you have to be careful when opening. They do crack pretty easily if you aren't gentle.
