I gave as a baby shower gift and the candle holders were well received. I thought the quality for the price was nice and the packaging was neutral so it could be given to a boy or girl. I did discover by accident that candles were included. They are under the candle holders in the center of the box.

After reading the reviews that regular candles don’t fit, I was a little concerned. But I went to a number of grocery stores and bought up the skinniest candles they had. Betty Crocker‘s pencil birthday candles are the perfect fit. You need to twist them a bit to get them in, but they stay nicely and aren’t too hard to put in place.

I love these! This is actually the second set I have bought as we had a double digit birthday this year. I love the classic, clean look that goes with any style birthday cake.

Absolutely loved the candle holders. They were a gift for a new baby and will be a great keepsake for use throughout the years. Great quality.

On a second look, I did find the candles in the box with the holders. They are so small I didn't see them at first. WHERE can I buy replacement candles when these have been used? I do wish the candle holders were a standard size small candle.
