Very durable gate. I love the width. Two big dogs have put their paws all over it and it's stayed up, and the color isn't chipping or peeling anywhere. The brown option is definitely classier than classic white. The dual-swing option is very convenient and the thumb-press latch is easy to use. Guests can figure this one out quickly, as opposed to other models of gate. We have one of these installed outside on a deck and it's held up just as well as the gate that's indoors.

This gate comes in several parts so you can add sections to make it longer or take sections away to fit. Fits under my stairs perfect. Have 2 frenchies and they can’t get over it

I bought this to keep my two cats separated when I travel. They don't always get along and it's easier for the cat sitter. Once I found the instructions - they were in the box with the hardware - it was easy to follow. I did not screw it into the wall (didn't want to damage the wallpaper) but you can adjust the tension enough that the cats can't pull it down. If I was using it for a dog, I would probably screw it to the wall depending on the size of the dog, and I would definitely attach it to the wall with a young child. The gate comes with (2) 4-inch extensions that you can add to make it fit a wider area. These are never mentioned in the installation instructions, but it's obvious how to put it on, so that wasn't an issue. I did have to use one of the extensions.It is well-made. The gate and frame are all metal. There were no sloppy solder joints - it's all smooth. I'm sure that the black rubber pieces that go against the wall will leave marks eventually but that's a trade-off for having the security of the gate. The bars are vertical so they can't be climbed. I like the 3-foot height which will keep my cats apart when necessary. Note that if someone else is thinking of using this for cats, or dogs, there would be two things to consider. A small cat, kitten or puppy might be able to fit through the gaps or get their head wedged between the bars which are spaced 2" apart - plus there are over 2-1/2" + gaps on either side by the wall (for my installation). A healthy cat or many dogs can easily jump 3 feet. (My cats have physical limitations.) This would be perfect for a small child. The latch requires a little bit of dexterity and strength to open - enough to deter a child.For the money, this is a great value!

Mi espacio es de 1.63 y teóricamente con las extensiones funcionaria pero no es el caso, terrible.Perdimos un montón de tiempo para instalarlo, además de.mucha frustración

Sirve mucho. En mi caso la uso diario para contener a mis perritos y no he tenido ningún detalle. Muy fácil de instalar y de cambiar de lugar. Muy recomendable

Gran producto cumplió todas las Expectativas. Muy resistente al movimiento, los niños 1.10meses se acercan y tratan de mover y no la aflojan ni nada eso es muy. Importante para la que tenemos niños. Y es alta . La pusimos en la entrada de la cocina
