Just another item that says the manufacturers Name to mislead you, these are not Miller products and they do not work. I have a Miller spectrum 625, with these consumables there was no plasma, only a very weak spark or nothing at all. Complete and total junk and a waste of time. Had to use my old parts to keep moving forward.

These look nearly identical to the OEM consumables, however they are not. Upon installation you will find that your torch does not work. However, if you're stuck having to use these, like I was, if you loosen the ceramic cup just a bit, you will find that it will start to work. I put an O ring behind mine and have been able to use these.

wasted my money. Electrode wobbled in the swirl ring so bad it shorts to the tip and won't fire. Tried a miller electrode and it fired off ok but after less than 4" of cut the tip had burned out and was cutting a very wide and slanted kerf. Thought it must be a fluke so tried 3 more with similar results, less than 5" of cut before the tip burned out. Was only cutting 3/32 " carbon steel at 30 amps. They did ship very fast and you can't rate 0 stars.
