It’s very unfortunate that it only came with one wrist guard and it happens to be the left hand because I’m a righty. Other than that the product works great I felt protected when I had to land on my knees and the sizing is pretty accurate, but having having only one wrist guard is definitely not helpful when I’m trying to learn how to skate.

These mise well be black or dark grey. The color is no where near as pictured. The bag was opened and thrown all over the box. Otherwise they are a good set of protective gear but I was disappointed with the color and would have picked something else.

I got these for my first pair of derby pads mostly for the knee pads. I had tried every size of the others and couldn’t get then to fit (I wear double knee braces so my pads have to go over them) l. So I got these.So far these are the only knee pads that stretched enough to fit over my braces. The few falls I took in them, they seemed to have adequate protection. I wouldn’t trust them for hard hits but routine indoor falls they worked wonders and were very comfortable. The wrist guard and elbow pads are lacking. I wouldn’t trust the wrist guard. They were too big for me anway but were very flimsy with thin plating that bent with your wrist. The elbow pads were a little big on me but also the strap and stitching started to tear and I never wore them to skate in.Color looked great. It shows up better in flash photos, but it’s just subtle enough I like it in normal lighting.I ended up sending them back due to the wrist guards and the elbow pads even though I really enjoyed the knees.

I am female, 5'4'' 120lbs for reference. Got a size medium.PROS:Wrist guards: for once, are not super big on me, also breathable and very adjustable! In the past, I found if I sized down the knee pads/elbow pads were too small, but most wrist guards in adult sizes were too big. As you can see from the photo there is still a good amount of leftover room on the sizing strap- but it's the best luck I have had so far!CONS: If you are choosing these based on color, I ordered the "gradient" and as you can see in the photo, the only thing that really appears gradient is the companies name on the tag. In the product photo, these seemed more colorful.These are a tad bit overpriced, I was willing before because of the cool color - but they really are not too gradient. In sum though, these pads will do the trick.
