C'est un synthé avec un son magnifique, visuellement le trouves super stylé en plus les sons sont du style techno, Jean-Michel Jarre ou années 80Je conseille fortement

One of the smallest, most versatile, and cheapest true analog synths available. Great bargain, and it's not just another clone of vintage gear. It's great for learning synthesis as it's deep, but not too overwhelming. Definitely worth reading the manuals and fully understanding synth terminology online with as well. I like it because it's unique and really forces you to focus on it if you want some varied and complex sounds. Probably the best of the Roland Boutiques. Being charged from the wall, it doesn't have any audio/hiss issues. Great product.

not the quality of my moog but a useful tool. I bought it cuz of the three layers. I have many roland synths. All are used. At first the effects on the Gaia bothered me but I was able to tweek em to my liking. So my message, I find a good use for it, it's a creative tool. not a moog or DSI but as all Rolands they are dependable tools for creative espression. Not a first synth for beginner. I do like the sound, it's brighter than moog or DSI but Roland has always had it's own sound. For the price lots of possibilities. Not perfect, not true love but very useful and I use it as a creative voice. My advice, have a toolbox of sounds and use where it works.Update: I do love my Gaia! It's all in the layers. Sometimes I layer it with my Moog, nice contrast. For the money I'm very happy. It's great fun to play. I can play for hours creating. It would be great to spend a couple grand on DSI or a Viper but for $600 bucks you can get some really good sounding sounds. In the end I judge how often I use it and what sounds I get.doing some serious recording, Gaia came out muddy sounding. Had to turn off internal effects, not up to pro level, with pro outboard effects the problem cleared. As with all equipment one has to find the sweet spot and work around the holes.
