Beneficios para la Salud
De acuerdo con varios estudios y la Asociación Americana del Corazón (AHA) el patinaje como actividad puede ayudarte a:
- Fortalecer los músculos centrales incluidos los abdominales, glúteos, muslos y pantorrillas.
- Quemar entre 285 y 365 calorías durante 30 minutos de patinaje.
- Beneficiarse de un 50% menos de impacto en tus rodillas.
- Fortalecer el músculo cardíaco para mejorar la circulación sanguínea y la capacidad pulmonar.
- Mejorar tus habilidades cognitivas mientras te enfocas en tu seguridad y agilidad.
La seguridad es lo primero
- El patinaje sobre ruedas puede ser fuente de lesiones. Para reducir estos riesgos, usa equipo de protección en todo momento, como casco, rodilleras, coderas y muñequeras.
- Antes de ponerte los patines, asegúrate de estar en una superficie plana.
- No se recomienda patinar cerca de albercas o cualquier cuerpo de agua profundo.
- No se recomienda usar audífonos que limiten tu capacidad para escuchar tu entorno mientras patinas.
- Ten cuidado con los autos, peatones, ciclistas y otros patinadores.

Tengo a penas un par de meses que los compre y que los comence a usar, hasta la fecha me tienen bastante satisfechos, son patines básicos pero soportan el uso constante y a la fecha no me han dado ningun problema ni he tenido que hacer ajustes ni reparaciones, creo que el costo calidad es bastante bueno, aunque si eres mas experimentado tal vez convenga ir a una marca con modelos mas especializados, pero para un uso simple y recreativo son buena opcion por completo

Siempre quise unos patines, me gustaron mucho, se nota el material muy resistente y rigido, por eso mismo llegan a cansar muy rapido.

The wheels are smooth, they fit well, comfortable, easy to tighten up when putting on, overall good looking. I'd go 1/2 size smaller as boots, chucks, and skates run 1/2 bigger usually in my 48 years of experience.

Son muy cómodos por dentro, soy principiante y me van de maravilla, el peso lo considero adecuado así como los componentes que pare ser, son de muy buena calidad en cuanto al precio.Tiene cordones, un cinturon de Velcro y otro tipo Sincho que se ajustan muy cómodamente al tobillo.Los he estado usando una o dos veces por semana desde que los adquirí hace dos meses, y a pesar de todas mis caídas y raspones, siguen conservando una buena estética.

The foot length is fine but it gets really tight at the front.It's unfortunate they don't have .5 sizes. I'm thinking of returning and buying from a seller that has more size selections.

I bought these back in May and have put 145 miles on them so far. I am far from an expert, but hey are comfortable and exactly what I wanted. I wear a size 9.5 men's shoe size but went with the 9 with these skates so that they would be a little tighter for better control and it worked out well. I have rotated the wheels twice now and they seem to be holding up pretty well considering I am skating on a concrete path. The bearings are still gliding nicely also considering the outdoor use. I like the way they look and if there were anything I would change about them would be to have a removable boot insert so it could be washed, but I definitely recommend these skates for beginner or intermediate use.
