Update - Finally got in contact with the manufacturer and they sent out the parts.Great chairs!!Overall, I love the chairs. They are pretty, comfortable and seem sturdy BUT out of the 5 pairs I purchased (10 chairs in total), I didn't receive parts and hardware for two of them (in different boxes) and have been unable to reach the manufacturer. No matter how pretty or sturdy they are, they're obviously not good if I can't even put them together

Absolutely FANTASTIC!! These chairs must have been “engineered” .. they are modest to look at but they are soooooo steady and solid, they are soooo comfortable, they ALSO “look great” ... go for it!! Very well priced for what you will get ...

I love these chairs for my kitchen table. They look so beautiful and modern and add just the right amount of texture to my space. They were relatively easy to assemble and were delivered quickly. My only complaints is that the faux leather can be easily damaged. A family member pushed this chair up against our textured walls when sitting in it at christmas, and it made a scuff/tear on the back. It's not overly noticable, but it bothers me that it happened so quickly. Hopefully the others continue to hold up well. Overall, very pleased for the price of the chair. Would buy again and reccomend to a friend
