I gave them as a gift. They are a little on the cheaper side. I use to get them at Bed Bath And Beyond, which they were a more durable plastic.

We saw these on a recent trip we took to Cancun. People at the resort pin their towels to their reclining sunbathing chairs and it works like a charm. Aesthetically, very pleasing. I couldn’t wait to get back home from my trip and order them. We gave them to our kids for Christmas too. They are plastic so one will need to keep in mind they aren't bullet proof.

They do the job and add a festive appearance on the boat when not in use. They fit perfectly on the railings and hold securely, even in wind.
