Absolutely brilliant dog coat for a large golden retriever. Keeps her really dry and she looks super smart too. Great for dogs with thick coats who you want to keep dry but not overheat. It has more belly coverage than others which helps. Easy to put on with simple to use clips at the side and back elastic straps which stop it shifting. She really enjoys wearing it!

Perfect fit for our long haired GSD. I have been trying to find a coat that is water proof but products are most of the time winter layered. Ruff wear was the ideal match. It is also well designed with clips on each side and elastic over back legs which keeps the coat in place and is comfortable.

Great wet weather coat!Purchase a medium size for our 55lb Golden. She was on the cusp of a small/medium and glad we went with the medium. At a year old I think she has some filling out to do. The medium fits well, but has room in the straps for future growth. Super pleased with how easy it goes on and off and how dry she stays. Just a quick rub down of her head and tail and she’s good to go. Stays secure when playing extended games of fetch at full speed and haven’t even used the leg straps at all.Super pleased!

This wind/raincoat fits my dog perfectly (size XS and is also my dog’s harness size). The design is intelligent and works perfectly with the ruffwear harness with an opening for the clip on the back. I love the beauty of the jacket and how the material fits together to give a beautiful custom tailored look that matches my dog’s natural curves. Plus, it really works in the rain and wind.

I purchased this Ruffwear raincoat for my pup that just turned 1 year old. I need to walk every day rain or shine, and since my pup accompanies me, it was a necessary to find a raincoat to help keep her somewhat dry. With a great deal of research I settled on this item, though I was skeptical about the sizing. As it turned out, by following the sizing guidelines the fit is perfect!! My pup is covered neck to tail and down both sides, with the chest covered as well. The quality is outstanding, the buckles are easy to latch and unlatch even though they are nicely tucked up under a flap for protection. I highly recommend this raincoat....Sophie even likes it too.
