If you need to flow nitrogen and just want to get it done without messing with a float ball, this is pretty sweet. Set your regulator pressure and this does the rest. A really solid value overall if you braze HVAC lines. And it's a mindless tool thats super easy to use.

Works well. Seems to be well made. Used it on one job so far. Had to use a hex key to tighten the quarter inch adapter (hex screw is located inside 1/4" SAE female adapter) so it didn't leak out of the threads that connect to the housing. Other than that it has worked well and seems to be reliable. Operates at a low pressure for brazing.

EASY TO USE. TURN DIAL TO PURGE UNTIL YOU HAVE FLOW FROM LS GAUGE PORT THE TURN TO BRAZE. DEFINITELY BETTER THAN THE BALL FLOAT STYLE PURGE REGULATOR. MAKES SETUP FOR PURGING QUICK.

A novice who, out of pure need, took up refrigerant repair. I have a small refrigerator that stopped working weeks after the warranty ended. I was unable to find anyone willing to work on R600a. After reading through some material, I decided to take it upon myself to repair my device. Being able to purge nitrogen is a key element to repairing r600a systems. This device worked perfectly for me. Simple click dial design and a straightforward connection setup. Solid construction universal connectors. The nitrogen was the easiest part of the job thanks to this tool.

Made things so much easier for my newbies, but it's growing in me too. This has made changing nitrogen pressures a breeze for my team that's still learning how to braze. Made of metal and feels quite solid. Would definitely buy another if this one ever breaks
