Incredibly disappointed, we fully charged the battery but the unit was a total lemon. Electronics showed the unit was on and fully charged but the propellers did not engage. Previously had a Yamaha which lasted 5 years. Now looking to purchase a Yamaha again.

This is the 2nd scooter I have purchased. 1st stopped working after 1 year. The 2nd stopped after 5 months. Unable to get a hold of the manufacturer. At least Amazon was able to give me a refund.Works great when it does work but reliability is poor at best.Follow up- manfacturer contacted me thru email asked what happened to scooter. Explained just stopped working. There has been no reply since. Amazon did charge me a restocking fee, which was ok since at least they honored part of my loss.

The unit froze first time trying to use it. Now I have returned the unit and the seller has had the product for over a week and still no refund.
