Rug is nice but i was pretty mad to receive it packaged in a piece of plastic that had holes in it and allowed dirt to get inside onto the rug. Terrible packaging, i had to shampoo the rug first thing. For that i give 3 star

Lovely colors, and it lies flat even though it ships tightly rolled.I took off a star because it slides like crazy on the hardwood floor — you really have to buy a non-slip mat to put under it.

While it is the exact color I wanted, this rug is a nightmare. It arrived rolled up and shrink wrapped tightly in plastic. The note on the packing said do not cut the plastic lengthwise or you will not be unable to return the rug. Well two of us couldn't wrestle the rug out of the plastic sleeve and had no choice but to cut it completely off. We rolled out the rug and found it wrinkled, wavy and it stinks! I laid it flat outside in the fresh air and sunshine for FOUR days and still smells like petro-chemicals and has more waves than the ocean. At night I have had it in the garage with heavy bins on top of the ripples, but they pop right back up once removed. I have had many rugs from this brand in the past with no problems. I realize it wasn't pricy, but this is ridiculous. At least give us a fighting chance by shipping it rolled around a tube, so it doesn't end up being a distorted disaster.
