By all appearances, this item had been returned by someone else and they just sent it to me. All hardware was laying loose in the box, with several set screws missing. No instructions at all. The mast might be ok, but all the hardware provided rusted within just a couple weeks. I expect the mast and mounting plate will do the same. The mount that attaches to the dish was completely useless. It has zero tilt, making the panel flat perpendicular to the mast. The starlink dish needs to be mounted at an angle (20 deg i believe). Don't waste money or time on this. Beyond the useless design, the mount appears to be a very crude 3d print - think jr high student project. I waited too long before trying to install this, or I would have returned it. I found another mount that was actually effective, so this was just a waste.

When no other Internet system worked in our area Skylink was a blessing. This product was easy to install.

I like that it's inexpensive, the installation is relatively easy, and the mount is short and sturdy.I didn't think the included rubber grommets were great. The top grommet protects the cable from touching the top of the tube, but makes installing the antenna on the adapter difficult as it impedes the motion of the cable. I think a larger inside diameter on the grommet would help. The antenna cable then exits the mounting bracket at the bottom end, where you can put the second grommet, but there are bolts and the exit hole on the bracket that the cable could rub against which this second grommet can do nothing about.While i like many things about this antenna mount, there are some desing improvents for cable protection would make this a real winner.

Nice rug, but it's significantly lighter than pictured. Now I have to return it.
