We chose this thermometer specifically because you don’t need to wake a child up to use it. As a first time mom this has been so helpful. If your little one is asleep but has been super fussy the last thing you want to do is wake them by fiddling around trying to get their temp! This thermometer is very easy to use and seems very accurate so far.

Great “Price” when I bought it got it on Sale!!But even at $25.49 this price is still amazing price to protect yourself andyour families lives from getting sick and not having to go off to any hospitalthat are all really busy, and with so many people that had flu’s and otherthings we don’t want to catch for ourselves or our families, and friends.And then you know that you can just staying home and resting until you feel better.At least you know if you (do) or (don’t) have a temperature with this small one touchunit.Cannot go buy a lot of food for that Price or go out for dinner at a restaurantwith your family for this price either.Very easy peezy to use just point it at your forehead and click the “One” bottom on itthat’s it!!It show’s a smiley 😊 face if you don’t have a temperature.And it shows a sad face ☹️ If you do have a temperature.And give your reading in Celsius or Fahrenheit, but you have toremove the small screw where the batteries go in on the back, andopen this unit up, and change the setting very easy to do that.I use it each day and night to check my temperature.Since being in the hospital and having my gallbladder removed.And if anyone wants to enter my house a friend or family memberto make sure they’re not running a fever coming into my house atanytime giving myself anything they might have.If you want the best brand that has been around for years and yearsfor every child around the world then buy this one!!Like I did.It doesn’t matter how old you’ they all do the same things, read yourtemperatures that’s it.They say keep it simple!!And this is so simple to use.And don’t buy things that have to many other buttons because they onlybreak or cost to much to fix them!!Then you just have to throw it away and start over your searching for anotherone!!No, just buy this one!!You will not be sorry trust me!!I know a good deal when I see it, and this’s it.

Only con is it doesn't have a back light for being able to see in the dark what temp is
