The product came in a box with sealed plastic around it, the form and overall aspect are the same as the one I had installed. The instructions are printed in the side of the box, in case you don't have the manual for your fridge. The replacement filter fits with no problem in place and once installed it has been working so far with no issues. I am glad to know there are more options for this kind of filters on the market and this one is a direct replacement.

This is a perfect fit replacement for the difficult to find and horrendously expensive RWFDISP water filter for high-end side by side refrigerators made by Viking. The instructions are very well written and markings indicate various certifications (see phtos).Price is competitive and with with Amazon, shipping is free which is a huge plus since other places charge an arm and a leg for shipping. They sell this in a two pack with discounted pricing compared to buying one, at least at the time of this review. I will purchase the two pack so I have extras on hand.
