Upon opening the package, was disappointed to find out that the mounting hardware (e.g., screws & drywall anchors) were NOT included.

Pre assembled and ready to mount. The hinge mechanism is solid, and I find this easy to reload. Use this with kleenex brand c fold towels, and consider this model professional looking with great construction.
